No matter if you consider yourself to be a creative person, it is easy to get so bogged down with everyday life that creativity gets lost in the mix. If this goes continues you’ll find that you have no clue how to get started on what should be a simple project for your business.

Margarita Tartakovsky, (M.S. Associate Editor of Psych Central) talks about how to help build and maintain creativity by doing a simple project on a daily basis.  She quotes Noah Scalin from his book where he said “a daily project is a personal journey that can offer you a rare opportunity for self-discovery and personal growth with tangible results.”

It doesn’t have to be something that takes a lot of time, it can be as simple as creating a new smiley face every day for a year, or even writing a ten word description that sums up your day. Basically if you want to cultivate creativity, you have to do something, not matter how small, to get those creative juices flowing each and every day.
