So how do you measure if a conversation on a social media site has a good ROI? Rohit recommends thinking about the ROI in comparison to a networking event or customer service. It may take some time for you to see the ROI, but the time spent creates a domino effect. Don’t spend enough time and you won’t get much if any return, or spend the time to communicate with your friends and followers and while it might take some time to start seeing results, the results will come, and continue to build over time.
