Make It Happen!

Everyone has 30 seconds to make someone feel welcome.  Everyone can bring a smile to someone’s face in that time.  Everyone has time to make a customer feel important and taken care of.

Don’t believe me?  Try it.

Seriously, it drives me nuts when I hear “I don’t have time.”  I know.  Life is crazy and there’s tons to do.  But stop for a second and realize how good it feels to be recognized for your needs and to have them met.

Even if it’s a 3-word sentence response, make sure you make each and every customer feel like their needs are being met.  The more you do that, the more successful you will be.

Treat people how you want to be treated.
