You know the scenario. You just did a wedding, it was beautiful and everyone was talking about how wonderful you were. Then you get back to the office and within a few days you suddenly get someone contacting you about how shoddy the napkins were, or how they thought you were unprofessional in the way your announced the bride and groom at the reception.

So how do you take comments like that and find a way to make it positive? First of all, realize that there are always going to be people who complain about something. But more importantly take a look at their comment and think through what happened, or what your product did that they didn’t like. If there is any grounds for their negative comment take it to heart and learn from it. Don’t let it pull you down, and definitely believe in yourself, but take those negative comments and turn them into a way for you to improve your wedding business.
