An elevator speech is a short speech which can be fitted into the time that it takes to ride an elevator – between 30 seconds and two minutes. It is primarily used to pitch your company to investors, but can also be used to get any idea across quickly and effectively.

You want to pitch this information in such a way that makes the business contact connect with you and your company, and avoid making it into a sales pitch.
