Seriously, it drives me nuts when I hear “I don’t have time.” I know. Life is crazy and there’s tons to do. But stop for a second and realize how good it feels to be recognized for your needs and to have them met.
Even if it’s a 3-word sentence response, make sure you make each and every customer feel like their needs are being met. The more you do that, the more successful you will be.
