This opinion is based on assumptions, reputation, the way we dress, the way we speak, our website, logo…but mainly on that First Impression.

They say that a first impression is formed within 30 seconds of exposure, and that we spend the rest of our interaction with the person or business justifying that first impression.

That’s pretty scary!  If your business makes a bad first impression, it can last a lifetime.

So how do we know what impression people are getting about our business?

Well, Andy Ebon gives some really good tips for figuring this out in the blog post you can read here: Your Brand: What Image and Identity You’re your Business Project?

Got a story about a bad first impression or a really good one?  I’d love to hear it!
