You’ll be amazed to find that there are huge gaps in between actual work, which is time you can cut out. Second, schedule everything – lunch breaks, phone calls, travel time, it all needs to be on your schedule. While you’re at it, don’t wait to schedule something until the day of. Go ahead and schedule things a week, or even a month in advance.
