Many different things can cause anxiety.  Everyday life, spouses, kids, extended family drama…you name it.  And we’ve all experienced it from time to time.

What about your wedding business?  I’m sure you’ve felt a bit anxious periodically about how  many weddings you’ve booked or how much money is coming in.  Am I doing enough?  Is it making enough money?  Will this last?

Unfortunately, if not recognized and dealt with properly, anxiety can turn into depression.  It can affect every area of your life, it can affect your decisions, it can affect everything.

    You are right. Many of the problems caused by anxiety could be prevented if the problem was recognized and dealt with at an early stage.
